Reservation & Cancellation policies
1. Reservations are made year round.
2. All holiday weekends require a three night stay and three night
deposit. All other reservations require one night’s deposit unless
specified otherwise.
3. Reservations will not be held unless secured with Visa, MasterCard
or cash deposit upon making reservation.
4. Credit card charges are processed immediately when reservation
is taken.
5. We will make every effort to reserve the site you request, but
cannot guarantee sites. We strongly encourage early reservations
as the demand requires occasional cut off dates.
6. Site and cabin cancellations made 14 days prior to reservation can
be refunded in full less a $10 administration fee.
7. Site cancellations made less than 14 days prior to reservation are
eligible for a credit slip, less a $10 administration fee.
8. Cabin cancellations made less than 14 days are subject to full loss
of deposit.
9. Site cancellations less than 48 hours and no shows are subject to
full loss of deposit. No refunds, credits or changes due to weather.
10. We appreciate your consideration in honouring our cancellation
policy. Good schedule management is one the of the ways we
provide the best quality service for our guests. Thank you for
